Ceramic Tile Cut Pressed Edge

Ceramic tile cut pressed edge. A rectified edge means the edges of the tile have been cut to ensure every tile is the same exact size no calibers. If you are new to using these tools practice on some spare tiles before beginning your project.

Repeat this process until the edges are no longer sharp. It also allows for the pro to install using a very narrow grout line 1 16 or 1 8. Then place the file on the edge about an inch from the tip and push downward in a single smooth stroke. Whenever i cut a tile it ends up having a very rough and jagged edge.
